For a topic like this one it will probably be helpful to limit your search to just the PsycINFO database, that way you can use the special tool in there that can limit your results to meta-analyses. In the example demonstrated here we created a search using the terms English as a Second Language [OR] English as a Foreign Language, limited to the past five years and peer-reviewed journals. That brings up 61 results (at the time this was written), many of which may be relevant to your topic. You can follow this link to see the results for a search like this. In some cases the articles are described as meta-analysis right in the title.
It is possible that none of these results will fit your topic perfectly, but some will probably be close enough to be useful as references.
