Yes, Western can potentially get most books that you are looking for through interlibrary loan. This is a service for faculty and students that does not cost you anything. In order to find out whether we can find another library willing to lend the item to us you should place a request for the book using ILLiad. That will get the search started on our side, and we will email you once your item arrives.
If you have not used ILLiad before you will need to go through a registration process, then you can start placing requests. If you have questions about using ILLiad you may be able to find the information you are looking for here, or you can always contact us as well.
