If you are having a problem with checking out your holds, please use the phone located near the self checkout to speak with a member of the Bellingham Public Library staff.

Troubleshooting tips:

  • If the computer appears to be off, press the power button.
  • If the computer appears to be frozen hold the power button until the computer turns off, wait a moment, then press the button again to turn it on.
  • If you only see the desktop and the self-checkout screen isn't present, quickly double-tap the "Start Self-Checkout" shortcut on the desktop.
  • For anything else please speak with the library staff at one of the public service desks for assistance.
