Generally reference books do not circulate. In some circumstances faculty may check out reference books for limited periods after getting approval from a librarian (you can find the contact information for the librarian serving your college here). Reference books do not circulate because they are high use items, such as encyclopedias, that need to be made available for many users.
If you are a student or instructor in an Extended or Outreach Education program you may place a request for us to scan and send a chapter or entry from print reference books through ILLiad.
