Q. Why can't I access the databases?

Sometimes our databases will not work off-campus when our system has not authenticated you as a user affiliated with WWU.  First, make sure you are using links from the library because they route through our proxy server, which authenticates you as a WWU user.  Second, sometimes our proxy server goes down or is not working.  Please contact us using the information to the right to let us know about the issue.  Please also let us know details such as when you were not able to get access, your operating system, and which type of browser you use.
