All print jobs are run through a system called PCounter. There are three limits on the size of student jobs: 50 pages, 50 copies, or 50 megabytes. If you are attempting to print something that goes over any of these three limits the system will, unfortunately, automatically delete your job. Often students will hit the file size limit when printing Powerpoints and certain PDFs. If you are running into this issue try printing fewer pages at a time.
