You can monitor the status of your Summit requests within your library account in OneSearch.
To do this...
1) Sign in to your library account with your WWU credentials.
2) Click on the "Requests" tab.
3) There you will see a list of all your active requests for both local WWU materials and Summit items as well as their current status.
Explanation of Statuses:
Locate in process - The request is new and has not yet been placed at the lending library.
Request sent to partner - Request has been placed at a possible lending library.
Shipped physically - The lending library has shipped the requested item.
Physically received by library - WWU has received the item and it is on its way to your requested pickup location.
Cancelling a Summit Request
If you need to cancel a Summit request at any point prior to its arrival, simply sign in to your library account, click on the Requests tab, and select the Cancel option next to the desired request.
