Yes! You can look up your account information by clicking on the link to "Renew Materials" that is on most library webpages. That will give you links so that you can access your Western Libraries and Summit record and your ILLiad account. These are also the same pages where you can place renewal requests, if that is an option for the item you have checked out.
If you are looking for a history of the books you have checked out, that feature is unavailable in OneSearch at this time. It is something that has been suggested as an opt-in development feature to the vendor providing OneSearch. While that does not help you right now, if you are trying to track down a book you checked out before, there are two things you can do to keep track of reading lists in the future:
a) OneSearch has an e-Shelf. Add an item to your e-Shelf (after signing into OneSearch) by clicking the 'Add to e-Shelf' function on the Email / Export drop-down menu.
b) Another option is to use a research management application. The one we recommend and support is Zotero.
