Short answer: Faculty can place course reserves requests for most things here: https://library.wwu.edu/course-reserves-request-form

Long answer: Using the form on that link will get all requests directed to the right people. We used to tell faculty that they could only put one chapter on reserves, but that has changed now since we will do copyright clearance on anything that is not covered under fair use (when we took over copyright from ATUS we used funding that came with that for copyright clearance). This makes it easier on faculty because they can essentially request whatever is needed for the class and we will let them know if there is some reason why we can't put the resources on reserves. For instance, we may not be able to do copyright clearance on certain books because the publishers refuse copyright clearance. As part of that process we will determine if we already have access, what we can scan under fair use, and what needs to be approved for clearance.
