No, it doesn't come even close unfortunately. Academic Search Complete is the brand name for a database provided by the company Ebsco. It has good coverage of a lot of topics, so can often be useful, but for many research topics we would suggest using other databases. One of the best ways to find the right database for your topic is to use the Select a Database by Subject drop down menu.
The resource that has the broadest coverage is actually OneSearch, which can be used directly from the library homepage.
