To search for a phrase, type quotation marks around the phrase.

Note: If you do not enclose the phrase with quotation marks, OneSearch will retrieve items that contain the individual words in the phrase, regardless of search term location and order.

Example of phrase searching in WWU library catalog.

Your retrieved results should display only items with the specific phrase "animal therapy" somewhere in the item record.
