Western Libraries receives voter guides for the 2016 elections. They can be found at the entrances of both Wilson Library and Haggard Hall. 

2016 Washington Voters' Guide: The 2016 Voters' Guide is also available through the Washington Secretary of States office in multiple formats and languages. 

2016 Washington Voters' Guide by District: The Voters' Guide for Whatcom County (and other Washington counties if you are voting absentee) are also listed on the Secretary of State's page. These guides also include information on state-wide and federal elections. 

Local public libraries, such as the Bellingham Public Library and Whatcom County Library should also have voter guides available.
