1. Foundation Directory Online (FDO) is a database of information about the largest 10,000 public and private foundations in the U.S. and links to foundation web sites. (Must login to this database via WWU Library link)

2. Foundation Grants to Individuals Online (FGIO) is a database of foundations that support individuals with grants, scholarships, fellowships, and more. (Must login to this database via WWU Library link)

FGIO has a link to an extensive FAQ on different aspects of the grant process for different populations (students, grant writers starting out, etc)
