The Undergraduate Research Award (URA) is given each spring to Western Washington University undergraduates who demonstrate outstanding library research for papers or other projects. Currently, three awards are given each year. The student scholarship is also posted to Western CEDAR, the WWU repository for scholarship. There is also a celebration recognizing winning scholars.

The URA is just one way Western Libraries provides opportunities for undergraduates to participate in research that enhances academic scholarship and creativity, while celebrating their accomplishments.
