Q. How do I renew books in ILLiad?

Many items, including books, CDs, and DVDs, that you receive via ILLiad can be renewed within your ILLiad account. It depends on the lending library, and will say on the book slip if it is renewable and how many times.

• Start at the library homepage: http://library.wwu.edu/
• Click on Renew Materials in the upper right
• Select Renew / Request ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan) Materials
• Login to your account
• Click on Checked Out Items
• From the list click on the transaction number to renew that item
