Q. How long does it take to get items ordered through inter-library loan?

It is impossible to ensure an exact delivery time since there are many variables affecting our turnaround time. Generally, if the materials are in the Western collection, you should receive them within a few business days.  Materials that need to be borrowed from another library (other than Summit) may take a little longer, with articles usually being available sooner than books.  To be on the safe side allow for at least 7-10 working days when requesting materials.
