When you print a file with a larger file size or a lot of graphics the PCounter system that administers printing on campus takes longer to process the files.  This slowdown is due in part to an unknown issue within the system that is complicated by the fact that there are three possible companies that might be responsible for the slowdown.  At this point all that we can do is urge you to be patient and print your files well before class start.  Also, if you see a long line at a print release station it would be a good idea to find one with a shorter or no wait.  Most Wilson and Haggard printers in the library will send print jobs to the same print queue.
