In order to check out books you will need your Western ID card (or library issued card if you are checking out books as a community member through the One Card program). Simply bring the books with your ID to either circulation desk or use the self checkout stations.

Note: off-campus students and faculty can check out books by placing a request through the catalog. When making the request be sure to choose the mail to distance user option. Once we send the book to you it will be checked out to your account. You will need to use your W number to request the book, but you will not need to use your ID card.
