Q. How does it take until a billed book is replaced?

I will pass this question on to our Collection Development librarian, but please be aware you should be able to get the book in three business days, at no cost, using the Summit system.  To do so, search for the book in our catalog.  Click on Find It.  Click on Request Using Summit Borrowing.  Then find the icon that says Request Summit Item.  If you have any problems, let us know.
