Q. Can a non-student use the library?

Yes! Western Libraries is open to visitors. Anyone is welcome to access our collections during regular business hours. Residents of Whatcom County may check out materials as part of the Whatcom Libraries Collaborate program. Unfortunately, access to online subscription resources is not available to the public.
