Q. How do I make a call from an on campus phone to an off campus one?

To make a local distance call (i.e. within Whatcom County), simply dial 9 + the area code and seven digit number.  There is a campus phone located on the 2nd floor of Wilson Library near the South/Main elevator and "the Corner".
