When you need to cite an online map (e.g. from Google Maps), you can use the following format:

Basic Format:
Author of Map. (date published if known). [Description of Map]. Retrieved from [URL of Map]

Example:

Google. (n.d.). [Google Maps driving directions from Bellingham, WA to Seattle, WA]. Retrieved from https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Bellingham,+WA/Seattle,+WA/@48.1964196,-122.9043957,9z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m13!4m12!1m5!1m1!1s0x5485962ef2458717:0xd57a9ca9cd39e0f0!2m2!1d-122.4786854!2d48.7519112!1m5!1m1!1s0x5490102c93e83355:0x102565466944d59a!2m2!1d-122.3320708!2d47.6062095
