The US Serial Set Digital Collection is a database with hundreds of thousands of reports to and from Congress, dating back to 1789.
To access the Serial Set database:
- On the Western Libraries homepage or the Libraries tab in MyWestern, click on the Article Databases link.
- On the Article Databases page, click U for U.S. Then click on the link that says U.S. Serial Set Digital Collection (1789-1969) [ProQuest].
