There could be a number of reasons why this is not working. Here are a few to consider. You might be on a site that has features that prevent the copying of content. For example, if you are reading an ebook through a subscription service, it may only load a few pages at a time. Some learning management systems may prevent full text downloads as well, in which case you should try to open any files outside of those systems or download it to your computer and upload it to Zotero.
