Yes, you can! Resources from Bellingham Public Library (BPL), such as Kanopy which allows BPL library card holders 10 credits per month (their Kanopy Kids content and The Great Courses content don't count against those credits). Western students are able to apply for BPL cards even if they aren't in Bellingham. This is true when we are on campus and when while classes are being taught remotely. 

Cards can be applied for online and a user is asked to put in their address. Because some students aren't currently in Bellingham, they should add their current address--even if it isn't in Bellingham. The person processing the online application will email the student and ask for their connection to Bellingham. The student should let them know they are a Western student.
