The article I just got through interlibrary loan (ILL) doesn't have the supplementary data included. What should I do?

Answer

You should add that you need the supplementary data in the Notes field of your next request. Alternatively, you can include a supplementary note in both the journal title and article title fields in the form before submitting the request.

The ‘Notes’ field at the bottom of the request form is only viewable internally. Since most of our article requests are unmediated and get pushed out automatically without staff review, we don’t see that note that you need the extra/ related material until you follow up with us afterwards to inform us of the error. However, that’s not true of the Journal Title and Article Title fields, so try adding it there! It’s still possible someone might overlook extra notes there, too, but this probably gives us the best chance of success.
